Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at RF Technologies Inc. in Brookfield, WI. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the existing customer base, develop and maintain positive relationships with customers placing orders for parts and supplies via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Take incoming orders, prepare order forms, and enter customer orders into our ERP system.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide updates on order status.
  • Prepare and follow-up on quotes for parts and supplies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work daily with various systems, including Order Entry, CRM, and Service software, to research and handle customer problems.
  • Escalate customer situations to the Service or Sales teams as needed, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Understand and stay up-to-date on RF Technologies' product offerings, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Maintain and update contact management databases, verifying and updating information after each phone contact or sales activity.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Associate degree or additional education beyond high school preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably handling incoming calls.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discern and diffuse customer issues.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • PC literacy required in contact management software, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint highly desired.
  • Order entry experience highly desired, with experience in both order entry and CRM systems.
