About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our Housekeeping team as an Assistant Director of Housekeeping Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multicultural team and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. They will also have a solid understanding of business operations and be able to analyze data to inform decision-making.

We offer a competitive salary range of $82K - $87K, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and complimentary stays at other Four Seasons properties.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a multicultural team of housekeeping staff to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the housekeeping department
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business results
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide coaching and training to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in Rooms Division
  • College degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
