Job Title: Clinical Resource Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team at United Wound Healing PS. As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting our wound care teams and partners in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular facility check-ins to assess support needs and provide follow-up guidance.
  • Collaborate with nursing, medical, and other healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
  • Facilitate ongoing education and training to promote quality and efficiency in Team-Centered Skin & Wound Care.
  • Support providers in assigned partner facilities through skin reviews, audits, and semiannual in-person rounding.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams during scheduled rounds at various facilities in the assigned region.
Requirements:
  • LPN licensed in the working state.
  • 1-2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience (highly preferred).
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to work well within a team of healthcare providers and partner facilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and able to work/schedule appointments independently.
