Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Resource Nurse to join our dynamic hospital-based team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in coordinating clinical patient populations, overseeing nursing operations, and teaching junior staff.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and delegate patient care tasks to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Utilize nursing expertise to deliver high-quality patient care using evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to drive quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient experience
  • Foster a culture of learning and professional development among nursing staff
  • Advocate for patients' rights and dignity, promoting holistic care and respect for diverse backgrounds
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS or PALS certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Critical Care or ED experience or 3 years of Med/Surg experience
