Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Procedure Suite. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide patient-centered care and be responsible for nursing assessment and diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs and evaluate their adaptation to health changes.
  • Develop a plan of care based on patients' disease, symptoms, and response to treatment.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease processes, treatment, side effects, and symptom management.
  • Coordinate with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Refer patients, families, and caregivers to other clinical resources as needed.
  • Implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care.
  • Integrate research and evidence-based knowledge into clinical practice.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license or multistate RN license.
  • Current BLS AHA Health Provider Card (or equivalent course).
  • Additional certification may be required dependent upon department.
  • Critical thinking and ability to develop clinical judgment.
  • Time management skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Two years of nursing experience.
