As a Senior Analyst in Corporate Accounting, you will be responsible for preparing accounting entries and financial reports in compliance with Statutory (STAT), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and manage journal entries, analyzing data to detect discrepancies and potential errors in financial information.
  • Prepare and submit statutory financial statements, including state department of insurance filings.
  • Continuously assess processes for improvement and efficiency.
  • Conduct general ledger account reconciliations, including inter-company accounts, and resolve any reconciling items.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technical accounting policies and procedures, staying informed about financial reporting and regulatory changes that may affect the organization.
  • Support internal and external audit processes as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in statutory accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,050.00

This salary range represents the typical minimum to maximum base salary for this position.
