Your Role:


Support the preparation of journal entries, financial analyses, and financial statements, including necessary documentation, income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports, along with monthly account reconciliations and variance explanations.

Provide recommendations concerning the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures.
Investigate and resolve various accounting issues.
Offer suggestions and assist in the implementation of departmental processes and systems.
Comprehend the data flow and utilize various computer-based accounting applications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure information flow and address inquiries related to financial transactions.
Organize and maintain records of Corporate Accounting data.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Contribute to Finance transformation by participating in current and future state assessment activities.
Create current state assessment documents identifying gaps in processes, technology, controls, and necessary changes.
Develop future state process maps and document key design decisions.
Collaborate with process owners to identify and resolve emerging issues within the transformation program.

Essential Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in Corporate Accounting or Public Accounting.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Revport.
Knowledge of long-term incentive accounting.
Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Compensation Overview:
The base salary range for this position is competitive. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Annual Bonus Potential:
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus from the profit pool.
