Job Title: Virtual Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Office Coordinator to join our team at Quick Hire Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling incoming and outgoing communication. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently will be essential in ensuring the timely completion of projects and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and candidates.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential in this position.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits discussed during interview include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment activities by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit documents, including memos, emails, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage office supplies, order replenishments, and maintain inventory.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, and scanning documents.
