Accounting Operations Analyst Position at RAJE Technology Group LLC

OVERVIEW:

RAJE Technology Group LLC is seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst who will be instrumental in enhancing our financial management processes. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of various accounting functions and contribute to the preparation of essential financial documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the monthly financial closing activities, which includes reconciling ledger accounts and crafting journal entries.
  • Generate financial reports such as monthly cash flow forecasts and budget analyses.
  • Compile necessary reports and surveys for regulatory and non-regulatory bodies.
  • Update and maintain accounting protocols and documentation.
  • Conduct thorough account analyses and reconciliations, including those related to bank statements and fixed assets.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparations and address inquiries from management and staff regarding account specifics.
  • Engage in special projects as required.
  • Comply with safety, health, quality, and environmental standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
  • A Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or an MBA in progress is preferred.
  • CPA certification or progress towards CPA is advantageous.
  • Three to seven years of relevant experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to perform tasks comparable to those of an Accountant I.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to prepare both standard and customized reports.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating systems and related software.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Typical business office setting.
  • Regular tasks include sitting, standing, walking, and basic sensory functions.
