About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Wabash. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and decision-making
  • Lead financial processes, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis, to inform business decisions
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business performance
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support business planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with the business to develop and implement financial models and dashboards to support strategic initiatives
  • Engage with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth and success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including GAAP and SOX
