- Escalate calls as needed, providing support and guidance to patients and staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service and healthcare preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of phone systems and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
This is a full-time position, working in a normal office environment with occasional travel to various health system locations.
