  • Verify insurance eligibility and authorization, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Complete and accurate documentation of patient interactions, including refill requests, results requests, and medical advice.
  • Escalate calls as needed, providing support and guidance to patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service and healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of phone systems and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working in a normal office environment with occasional travel to various health system locations.
