**Job Opportunity: Construction Project Coordinator**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to assist our managers in construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for assisting in organization, implementation, and scheduling of projects.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the project team with schedule updates
  • Organize and process RFI's, Submittals, ASI's, and PR's
  • Assist with project quality control
  • Assist with project safety plans
  • Assist the project manager with monthly pay applications
  • Assist with daily problem-solving and dispute resolution

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
  • Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Basic understanding of all facets of the construction process
  • Familiarity with construction management and scheduling software
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and specs
