Position: Strategic Client Partner - Media & Telecom

Slalom is actively seeking a Strategic Client Partner to enhance and grow our Media & Telecommunications division. This role involves representing a comprehensive suite of Slalom's offerings, including Customer Engagement, Business Advisory Services, Data & Analytics, and Technology Enablement, while collaborating with leading technology partners to advance our M&T vertical. The Strategic Client Partner will establish strategic objectives, deliver impactful solutions, drive revenue growth, and support recruitment, account management, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adaptable engagement based on client requirements
  • Direct responsibility for generating $7-12M in annual revenue
  • Accountable for the profitability of designated local accounts, ensuring revenue and utilization targets are met
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for the growth and evolution of Slalom's offerings
  • Oversee and govern all sold and managed engagements
  • Facilitate business development through effective information sharing, tools, and subject matter expertise
  • Develop and implement best practices, delivery templates, and thought leadership papers
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and leverage business insights to create solutions
  • Supervise project delivery to ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct client satisfaction assessments as needed
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Engage in local and national strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of management and leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years in consulting
  • Experience with P&L management and direct revenue accountability
  • Advanced skills in program and project management
  • Established and transferable industry relationships
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated success in achieving client and employee satisfaction
