Program Director - Developmental Disabilities

Marrakech is seeking a skilled Program Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Program Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our group home setting, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the group home setting, including staff supervision and resident care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:
  • Valid CT Drivers License
  • Department of Developmental Services - medication certification
  • Public Service License valid for the State of Connecticut (if applicable)
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • PMT certification
