Human Resources Director

RATP Dev USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including background investigations and compliance.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting internal investigations and responding to complaints under the EEO policy.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the HRIS system and personnel/medical files and records.
- Oversee the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and coordinate EAP meetings and activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 7 years in a management or director-level role.
- PHR, SPHR, SRHM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Experience working in a union environment preferred.
