Job Overview

Cassia is seeking Part-Time, Evening Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to contribute to our dedicated team. Our state-of-the-art senior living community is designed to provide exceptional care across various services including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care options.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Part-Time (Evening) positions available with varied schedules, including every other weekend. Totaling 40 hours per two-week pay period.
  • Hours: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Responsibilities of TMA/CNA:

  • Administer medications following established policies.
  • Implement and adhere to written care plans.
  • Record vital signs such as pulse, temperature, and blood pressure using modern software.
  • Assist residents with daily activities including responding to calls for assistance, feeding, and personal care.
  • Monitor resident behavior and communicate any changes to supervisors.
  • Perform duties associated with CNA responsibilities.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid TMA/CNA certification in Minnesota.
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours of experience as a CNA is required.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and staff.
  • A team-oriented individual with a passion for elder care, adaptable to changing circumstances.
