Cassia is seeking a skilled Trained Medication Aide to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our seniors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications in accordance with Cassia's policies and procedures.
  • Review and follow individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding and toileting, as needed.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident behavior or condition to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive care to our residents.

Requirements

  • Current, valid TMA/CNA certification in the state of Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours of experience as a CNA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
