Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this Outside Sales Manager position will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, particularly within the diesel parts and trucking sector.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the trucking and transportation industry, including the sourcing and sales of diesel components.
  • A proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to cultivate and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
