About the Role

RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming leads and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Confirm sales appointments and follow up with customers to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory and be able to locate vehicles quickly and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center environment (sales-specific).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling e-commerce sales leads.
  • Previous automotive or powersports internet sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads is desired.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor.
  • The willingness to follow up and follow up again with customers.
  • Internet savvy and great computer skills.
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles.
