Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of equipment as needed, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and vacuum systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, computer applications, and CMMS systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 58 pounds.
