- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance technicians.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, maintenance management) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians.
- Strong technical knowledge of module equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with Maximo/CMMS, SAP, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of EHS/Safety and Quality systems (ISO14001/ ISO9001/ ISO4500/ OSHA).
- Experience with LOTO procedures and control of hazardous energies.
