Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient and safe operation of module equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians as needed.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and operations, with a focus on module equipment.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of module equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with Maximo/CMMS, SAP, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of EHS/Safety and Quality systems (ISO14001/ ISO9001/ ISO4500/ OSHA).
- Experience with LOTO procedures, Mechanical and Electrical and stored energy hazards with good awareness of Control of Hazardous Energies.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs and analysis software.
