Manufacturing Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our team at The Hire Method, LLC. This role will be responsible for assisting in the installation, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address production and equipment issues to ensure smooth operations
- Implement yield and product performance improvements through process control and quality control measures
- Maintain SPC process controls to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Train production associates on new equipment and processes
- Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Technical degree or 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanics, or related field
- Safety-first mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Travel Requirements:
