Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination. They will also be responsible for preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations, as well as conducting research and compiling data.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain assigned executive calendar(s) and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for executives, committees, and boards of directors
Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
Provide administrative support to executives, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents
Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
