- Engaging with clients and their pets in a friendly manner
- Providing clear information and guidance to clients
- Managing reservations and organizing appointments
- Overseeing the check-in and check-out process for dogs, including payment collection
- Handling dogs of various breeds and sizes with care
- Relaying health and behavioral information between clients and staff
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A minimum of one year in a customer service role
- Familiarity with dog health and behavior
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow and interpret detailed instructions
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Willingness to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift
- Proficient with computers and basic math
- Physically capable of cleaning and managing large dogs
