Accelerated Path to Leadership Program

Are you a motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding career in financial services? Do you have experience in sales, management, or leadership? If so, our Accelerated Path to Management Program may be the perfect opportunity for you.
We're seeking talented individuals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. As a financial professional, you'll have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. You'll work closely with clients to create customized, long-term strategies that meet their unique needs.
As you progress in your career, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a management role as an Associate Partner. You'll participate in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program, where you'll hone your skills and learn how to recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:- Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Develop customized, long-term strategies that meet clients' unique needs
- Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner
- Participate in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to hone your skills and learn how to manage a team
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional with experience in sales, management, or leadership
- Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required
- Sales experience necessary
- Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required
- Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency is a bonus
- Completed MBA or equivalent
- Previous business experience
