You will also play a key role in educating clients and implementing enhancements based on their feedback. A deep understanding of at least one Paychex product is essential. You will tackle intricate challenges and offer fresh perspectives on current solutions, serving as a valuable resource for less experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the client service experience.
  • Maintain an advanced understanding of various Paychex products, along with relevant industry regulations and practices.
  • Identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency with various systems and software, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
  • Act as a mentor to support the development of less experienced team members.
  • Document all client interactions and leverage this information to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Compensation:
In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting base pay range for this position is $20.23 - $30.50 per hour. Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not encompass other elements of the total rewards package.
