Position Overview:
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support for a variety of Paychex offerings. Your primary focus will be to maintain positive client relationships while addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns in alignment with Paychex's established policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in educating clients and implementing enhancements based on their feedback. A deep understanding of at least one Paychex product is essential. You will tackle intricate challenges and offer fresh perspectives on current solutions, serving as a valuable resource for less experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the client service experience.
- Maintain an advanced understanding of various Paychex products, along with relevant industry regulations and practices.
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency with various systems and software, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Act as a mentor to support the development of less experienced team members.
- Document all client interactions and leverage this information to enhance service quality.
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting base pay range for this position is $20.23 - $30.50 per hour. Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not encompass other elements of the total rewards package.
