Job Summary

Weatherby Inc is seeking a skilled Stock Assembler to join our team in Sheridan, WY. As a Stock Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products to meet quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components to specifications using hand tools and machinery
  • Operate pneumatic equipment and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment efficiently and safely
  • Perform final inspection for finished product
  • Load, operate and adjust manufacturing equipment as needed
  • Monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary
  • Fulfill daily production log of work activity and operation performance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Working Conditions

The employee will be subject to prolonged standing and will be required to manipulate and assemble small parts. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
