Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Stock Assembler to join our team at Weatherby Inc. in Sheridan, WY. As a Stock Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products to meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components to specifications using various tools and equipment.
  • Operate pneumatic equipment and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Perform final inspection for finished product to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Load, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment as needed.
  • Monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary and stop machines when problems occur.
  • Fulfill daily production logs and report any issues or concerns to the team lead.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Working Conditions

The Stock Assembler will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts. The noise level can be loud.
