Senior Customer Experience Strategist

About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for customer experience and a track record of driving business results. As a Customer Experience Excellence Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Leading the development of customer experience metrics and analytics to inform business decisions
- Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve customer experiences and drive business results
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, product management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business results through customer experience initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
