As a Production Supervisor, you will have the chance to manage various sectors of the facility, ensuring the production of high-quality components while meeting plant objectives in safety, quality, and efficiency. This position is for the overnight shift (11pm-7:30am).

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure that the equipment and processes are safe for employees and the environment, achieving safety targets.
  • Adhere to the Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems and safety protocols on a daily basis.
  • Detect and rectify quality issues promptly.
  • Assess and fulfill departmental training requirements, ensuring staff are qualified to operate machinery.
  • Lead teams to enhance processes, quality, cost efficiency, and employee development.
  • Guide, direct, and supervise production staff regarding expectations; address employee concerns; track performance, attendance, and leave.
  • Monitor product flow and adjust staffing strategies to meet customer requirements effectively.
  • Promote continuous improvement in workplace organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance practices.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
