Facilities Maintenance Supervisor II

Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Electrical Systems and Controls: Expertise in electrical inspection procedures, electrician tools, safety codes, and regulations. Responsibilities include driving innovation in electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety practices, working with I/O devices for conveyor logic control, inspecting equipment, installing/maintaining/repairing electrical wiring and lighting, troubleshooting control circuits, and overseeing electrician services.
- Custodial Activities: Knowledge of floor-cleaning equipment, tools, machines, and approved chemicals. Responsibilities include coaching custodial methods, overseeing quality, assessing inventory levels, optimizing cleaning procedures, mitigating cleanliness issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Task Delegation: Knowledge of delegation techniques and progress monitoring tools. Responsibilities include communicating task impacts, developing plans and objectives, delegating tasks, and providing feedback and support.
- Schematics and Technical Drawings: Knowledge of drafting tools, procedures, blueprints, and technical drawing specifications. Responsibilities include preparing sketches and blueprints, performing changes to schematics, defining sub-systems, coaching on blueprint interpretations, and reviewing drawings and specifications.
- Vendor Management: Knowledge of vendor policies, request processes, and quality standards. Responsibilities include acting as a contact point, resolving supplier issues, researching alternative vendors, providing feedback on supplier options, and ensuring purchases meet delivery dates and quality specifications.
- Minimum:
- 2 years' experience in a Walmart maintenance technician position
- OR 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance, primarily electronics.
- 1-2 years of Management/Supervisory experience.
- 2 years' experience performing industrial warehouse or manufacturing maintenance activities (for example, preventative maintenance, material handling equipment, power equipment, facilities upkeep).
- Preferred:
- Industrial Maintenance Certification.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
