Mad City Windows and Baths is seeking a skilled Construction Specialist to oversee the installation process of residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the remodeling or construction industry and be proficient in Microsoft products. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze project materials and installation processes to ensure accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with the production department to ensure timely installation and resolution of any issues
• Review contracts and measures to identify potential issues and suggest edits for a proper fit and finish
• Implement alterations as needed and document any structural concerns or issues
• Communicate effectively with sales representatives, measure technicians, and other personnel to resolve contract, change order, and customer-related issues
What We Offer:
Total compensation between $65K-$75K per year
