Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ALPA websites, ensuring a modern and functional user experience.
  • Create interactive training materials for content editors, managers, and developers, leveraging a deep knowledge of web development and UI/UX design.
  • Work closely with staff, members, and leaders to translate wireframes, concepts, and designs into functional websites.
  • Manage and update content on ALPA websites, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement digital strategies that align with ALPA's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Four (4) years of related experience required, five (5) or more years strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, such as Computer Science, IT, or Web Applications, from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of contacts, internal and external.
  • Proven track record of public speaking, presenting, and training, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems, with experience in DNN and Sitecore a plus.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and use Google Analytics and performance metrics to influence development decisions.
