Job Title: Digital Content Developer & Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Developer & Trainer to join our team at the Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA). As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for creating engaging web experiences and translating your knowledge of web development into interactive trainings for content editors, managers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop modern websites using HTML, CSS, and other web development tools.
  • Collaborate with staff, members, and leaders to transition wireframes, concepts, and designs into functional websites.
  • Develop and deliver interactive training materials for content editors, managers, and developers.
  • Work closely with the digital team to update, change, and post content to ALPA websites.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Four (4) years of related experience required, five (5) or more years strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, such as Computer Science, IT, Web Applications, or related field, from an accredited college or university required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, for effective interaction with all levels of contacts, internal and external.
  • Proven track record of public speaking, presenting, and training, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, and managing content within a CMS, experience with DNN and Sitecore preferred.
