Job Description

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Support Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our CareTeam, you will provide logistical and emotional support to our guests and crew members in times of crisis or need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with shipboard and shoreside teams to manage day-to-day incidents, including medical disembarks, deaths, and emergencies.
  • Deliver CareTeam training to internal and external partners, updating existing material and developing new content as needed.
  • Deploy to provide support to medically disembarked guests and crew, or internationally to assist displaced individuals with lodging, transportation, and immediate needs.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including coding invoices, ensuring volunteer compensation, and maintaining case logs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Education, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • 3+ years in a customer service role, with CareTeam deployment history (internal candidates preferred).
  • Crisis Response or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management skills, organizational skills, and a caring nature.
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency.
  • Customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • English and Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal).
Work Environment:

This is a remote role, allowing employees to work from home. Regular travel to Carnival headquarters in Miami, FL, may be required for in-office collaboration. Candidates must be located in one of the following U.S. states: FL, GA, TX, or NC.
