Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their orders, providing tracking and shipping information as needed.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Package equipment for transit, ensuring fragile and sensitive items are properly protected.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Assist with shipping claims and inventory management.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the shipping area and equipment.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Team player with a service-oriented attitude.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-$21 per hour and a dynamic work environment.
