Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations to maximize output
- Develop and organize training materials for the production workforce
- Lead by example, establish expectations, and supervise team activities
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to achieve production targets
- Enhance operational efficiency
- Manage the flow of raw materials and resources

- Optimize production capabilities

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and policies
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to address customer complaints, internal discrepancies, and quality enhancements
- Ensure accurate Bill of Materials in ERP systems
- Minimize consumables and scrap rates due to vendor-related issues
- Participate in the technology transfer of products from Product Development to production
- Allocate resources for Product Development as necessary
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field
or a minimum of 2 years of additional relevant work experience - A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely lift over 50 lbs
- Strong company-centric mindset.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
