We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Inspire Brands. As a key member of our Financial Planning & Analysis group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis for our company-owned restaurants.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide day-to-day support for restaurant operations, including reviewing and responding to brand P&L questions and assisting in the creation of reporting solutions that drive business decisions.
  • Analyze variances, provide explanations of key drivers, critical insights, and actionable recommendations to operations teams.
  • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to capture and manage their requests effectively, educate them on financial processes, and provide hands-on support to assist in resolving needs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Function as a true business partner, addressing ad-hoc requests and ensuring the success of these teams.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various functions, including accounting, corporate finance, lease administration, construction, and restaurant operations.
  • Consistently identify and propose ways to improve day-to-day operations to allow Business Partners to be more successful.

Requirements:



  • A 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar role is preferred.

Desired Skills:



  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
  • A strong track record as a proven team player is necessary.
  • The ability to manage time and multiple projects, often with tight deadlines, is crucial.
  • A self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate issues and think through creative solutions is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Excel, is necessary.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence analysis and presentation tools, including Tableau and Power BI, is preferred.
  • Experience with Enterprise Planning and Reporting software such as Hyperion, ePBCS, and SmartView is also preferred.

What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
