Candidate Profile
  • You possess a comprehensive delivery capability that encompasses strategy, analytics, technology, and/or business, with a strong emphasis on technical implementations or enhancements.
  • You serve as a bridge between data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • You are capable of mentoring junior team members to foster their growth as professionals and future leaders.
  • You have experience in the complete delivery of customized and packaged technology solutions.
  • You are knowledgeable in compliance and quality assurance across various delivery phases, including estimation, scope planning, design reviews, testing, and formal approvals.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a technical project manager within a consulting framework.
  • Proven experience in leading technical delivery initiatives.
  • Experience managing Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with data science, analytics, and/or machine learning teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business and technical implications of user requirements and integrate them into project plans.
  • Proficient in MS Project and various project management tools (e.g., Jira, VSO).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of risk management or risk modeling.
  • Experience in the utilities sector.
