Job Overview

Automationtechies is seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and process optimization across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Automation: Lead the migration from paper-based to digital processes, leveraging advanced automation technologies and systems.
  • System Integration: Develop and implement strategies for integrating DeltaV with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ensuring seamless data exchange and process optimization.
  • Application Development: Utilize Tulip to create applications that support the paperless transition, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Advanced Analytics: Apply SEEQ for advanced process data analysis and visualization, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and compliance with industry standards, providing training and support to operational staff on new digital processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Emerson's DeltaV system, including advanced knowledge of DeltaV Batch, and proven experience in leading paperless migration projects in industrial settings.
  • Skills: Familiarity with MES integration and data exchange protocols, experience with the Tulip platform and SEEQ, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and project management skills.
