Join Our Team as a Process Automation Specialist

We are excited to announce openings for various levels of Process Automation Specialists, ranging from Associate to Senior positions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in process-oriented manufacturing, utilities, or packaging systems is preferred.
  • Technical, Process, and Functional Knowledge is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, MS SQL (databases), and Historian is a plus.
  • Skills in organization and planning, along with follow-up and completion, are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and enhancement of process control systems.
  • Exhibit a systematic approach to problem-solving in daily tasks.
  • Coordinate and execute plans in alignment with operational schedules.
  • Take initiative for personal development and deepen understanding of automation applications and systems.
  • Comply with automation standards and implement necessary modifications to automation-related specifications and maintenance plans.
  • Provide support to Engineering Technicians.
  • Contribute to the coaching and training of colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Operate with a quality-first mindset.
  • Support the implementation of process modifications and investigate any process deviations.
  • Collaborate closely with operations to identify process gaps and emphasize continuous improvement.
