A Day In The Life
As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for operating assembly and testing machinery in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to the latest Quality System standards. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the machinery is producing quality components at optimal production rates.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing various molding process systems to produce high-quality molded parts.
  • Troubleshooting and executing minor repairs and adjustments on molding machinery.
  • Conducting thorough trimming and inspection processes, identifying and segregating scrap materials.
  • Completing daily documentation, including hourly production charts and packaging counts.
  • Upholding safety, quality, production, and 5S housekeeping standards.
