  • Design and implement specialized gaging fixtures and setups to optimize measurement systems.
  • Maintain the Gage Talker data collection system and implement necessary program changes.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers on Process Control Plans and certification programs.
  • Complete assignments with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Report any safety concerns immediately and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting Machine/Process Capability studies and Gauge R&R studies.
  • Familiarity with engineering specifications such as ASTM, ANSI, ASME, SAE, and ASCO.
  • Proficient in measurement equipment and gages (e.g., CMM, Optical Comparator).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to research and interpret various engineering standards.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all personnel.
  • Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Associate Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced blueprint reading and metrology skills.

Work Environment:
Work is conducted in a manufacturing setting with exposure to various elements including noise, dust, and oil. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and ear protection is required. Flexibility to work at different stations as needed.
