Job Overview: Are you seeking a rewarding position as a Production Assembler? At Emerson Discrete Automation, we are looking for skilled individuals to contribute to our team in Aiken, South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of assembly tasks, including the assembly, testing, and packaging of products within the Aiken Assembly departments.
  • Work with actuators, kits, and sub-assemblies following assembly procedures, operation sheets, drawings, packaging capsule sheets, and bills of material.

Who You Are:

You are adept at engaging with individuals across various levels, functions, cultures, and geographies. You possess the ability to streamline work activities into an efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in making informed decisions regarding the sequence of operations and the allocation of incoming items based on business needs across different product families.
  • Must successfully complete a skills assessment.
  • Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant production experience.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available for this role.
