About the Role

Second Allied LLC is seeking a skilled Office Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance to our team. This role involves performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls and direct them to the correct personnel
  • Coordinate schedules and maintain calendars
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable tasks
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system
  • Develop, update, and implement effective office procedures

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an associate's degree or administrative training is desirable
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position is required
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks and basic accounting knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel are necessary
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are vital
  • Bilingualism - English and Spanish is a valuable asset

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $50,000 - $65,000
