  • Manage the complete patient registration process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Utilize effective communication skills tailored to various age groups, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Gather essential demographic, employment, insurance, and medical information to facilitate accurate registration.
  • Verify authorization and services requested for workers' compensation and corporate accounts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory; if not obtained prior to hiring, it must be secured within the first ninety days of employment.

Work Environment:

This role requires flexibility, with the expectation of floating to various clinics within the designated region. The schedule includes full-time hours with rotating weekends and open availability.
