**About the Role:**

As a Patient Registration Coordinator with AdventHealth Centra Care, you will be the first point of contact for patients, setting the tone for their experience with our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that patients feel safe, cared for, and respected, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in managing the patient registration process, from initial contact to final resolution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Drive customer service initiatives to create a positive patient experience
Answer patient questions and concerns, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution
Communicate with patients and their guarantors to obtain demographic, employment, insurance, and medical information
Obtain client information for worker's comp and corporate accounts, verifying authorization and services requested

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalency
Current CPR certification
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
