We offer an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As the Impact Development Officer, you will be responsible for managing the development of projects, communicating with stakeholders, and overseeing administrative logistics for the Credit Union's Impact Department. This includes cultivating and maintaining relationships, overseeing onboarding processes, maintaining databases, and ensuring the engagement and participation of volunteers, partners, grant recipients, scholarship recipients, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  1. A minimum of 4 to 6 years in Marketing and/or in a senior administrative role, including 1-3 successfully managing projects, overseeing administrative duties, or impact strategies.
  2. Experience managing multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Software proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and other project management tools.
  4. Ability to function in a consumer business office environment and use standard office equipment including but not limited to: Mac/PC, copier, telephone, etc.
  5. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. (file boxes, computer printer).
