Job Description

Rittal LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through cold calling, pipelining, and closing deals in the industrial automation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent and communicate Rittal's industrial product line to potential and current customers.
  • Build direct business relationships and participate in ongoing discussions to provide solutions to customer projects.
  • Work closely with Specifying Engineers, End Users, Distributors, Resellers, and Manufacturers Representatives to assess customer product needs and provide full scope of product solutions.
  • Service existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by calling on existing or potential accounts in an assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • 2 years + experience in industrial sales required.
  • Proven record of identifying potential new customers and building relationships for revenue growth.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management tools preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
